Last year I won 11 design awards. This year I won Zero. Getting these types of successes are amazing and gives me a great feeling of pride and accomplishment. But now, a year later it also creates anxiety as itโ€™s hard to achieve the same levels of success each time. It can be mind-numbing at times even. I have the tendency to start procrastinating because I feel nothing is worthy enough. Or hell Iโ€™m not worthy. But if there is one thing I have learned. Get up en start over again. You wonโ€™t achieve success by sitting there. It might take time to achieve this level again. But each step brings you closer. Who knows, maybe I win 12 next year. Note to self: Get out there!

Right on! I can relate to the feeling of not being good enough or not wanting to start because you feel like โ€œyouโ€™ve waited too longโ€. I spent years just barely scraping by because I didnโ€™t think I was good enough to go back to my old career after being arrested. Finally I just took 1 step toward it and then all the other steps afterward were easier. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
