Birth rate declining is not a bad thing if average life expectancy increases rapidly I wonder what effect longevity protocols like blueprint from @bryanjohnson have on female fertility. Can you increase your lifespan, and your fertility-span?

If people retire at 65, itโ€™s a bad thing. Need young people to support old people economically.

The entire nature of work could change, maybe society starts to pressure people to take on multiple careers in stages or take a long transitional break during milestone years. Maybe that's when people change partners and raise a new family as a new cultural norm.
