I have a book that I received as a gift almost a decade ago This book changed my life. I’m not going to disclose what book it is - mainly because it doesn’t really matter — what matters is meeting a book that you feel so strongly about that one would keep thinking about it over and over. Thats what matters to me

Imo - these books that change your life and the way you think - they are different for everyone. what resonates with you is completely different from, and from everyone else - I think it’s not objectively some book - but the process of finding these, hidden and waiting for you

Glad to hear it ✨ I find, more than any other medium, books have that power. There are only a few over the course of a lifetime that enable such perspective shifting recalibration of the self 🧭 For me, one that jumps to mind is finding flow: the psychology of engagement with everyday life 🌊
