Take a moment to take a deep breath. most problems that seem like issues in the world have happened once before and will happen again. This is neither good nor bad. The world is not ending nor is the world being saved once and for all. We continue to continue

Corollary: if someone is telling you the world is ending finally, or the world is going to change forever for the best - let’s just say - it is not true and question the motivation as to why they are trying to convince you as such and to play to your dreams and/or fears

whats not going to change, *unless you decide that to happen on every ongoing moment*, is the fact that *you* are experiencing the world through *your* unique and special lens

Good thing to remember during tech bubbles most recently crypto and now AI
