Yeah, heard pmarca talking about cults in SF (in Rogan) and I was so blown away by it...

And then if we keep pushing the point...any startup (in the general) is somewhat cult-like, on a spectrum

If cult's are an inevitable phenomenon with humans organising around an idea, getting interested in what design patterns lead toward an "ethical cult" feels super interesting to me.

I believe Donald Glover is building a huge creative campus there where up and coming artists will be able to stay and paint, write, make music, whatever they do. Sounds kind of culty
