Ah, I see the problem. Your (anatomical) right lung is missing a hot dog. In unilateral hotdog syndrome, the single hotdog often overcompensates for the absent hotdog, resulting in abnormal ketchup, mustard, and sodium nitrite levels in the body.

I had 3 hot dogs yesterday. 

They do really feel like they stick with you. Not a great feeling. 😂
