I’m excited about the future that people can’t predict - meaning that it’s not just a simple extrapolation of the current world - that it’s not the future that we expect; it’s the future that is going to be weird. if we can predict it, it’s not this future

I’ve only wanted two things from Back To The Future: Nike Air Mags and hoverboards. The only Air Mags produced were for charity so hella expensive and the “hoverboards” are fucking WHEEL-BASED VEHICLES. I want *some* level of control over future outcomes (I’d look so dope in Air Mags 😢).
