the flying one is crazy because you realize how much of the jet lag and grogginess is just not having great air. 

it makes you wonder how much headroom there is to improve comfort purely by improving air quality.

Seems like it doesn’t have to be that bad, they can pull in as much air as they want from the engines

So the limit might be heating that and providing O2
