The Builder Rewards program distributing 2 ETH weekly to top builders on Base is a brilliant initiative. How has the program performed so far? Has it met your expectations? Beyond the financial incentive, have you noticed any changes in builder behavior since launching - perhaps people becoming more public with their contributions or adjusting how they work? For participants, how competitive is it currently?
