Getting exposed to the same nonsense lets you see the same/new/bs narrative from certain influencers that they try to push down people‘s throats but it doesn’t help me/you in any way. I‘ve def spent too much time fighting back nonsense online.

Filtering, Blocking words and people is like a healthy diet without the option of falling back into bad diet.
