The highest value to Look for in Web 3: stakeholder Obsession. If it‘s true, you can passively hold, contribute time, Support in multiple ways. If a Team doesn‘t take care of stakeholders at 1 single point, run away. One thing is for certain: It will happen again. Web 2 has shareholders & Teams should have user obsession to accrue value to users & shareholders. Simple. Web 3 is a More complex Design, a Multi-agent System with more stakeholders. Not caring about one stakeholder Group means you don’t care about users, Clients, Partners, or simply people‘s life savings or their time. No respect for any of these is a no-go.

Good Call. I initially lost interest after the weird launch that burned some buyers but gave it another shot when they kept building, adding value to the product (creator token network, ai) and had a solid focus on the Token too. Hence, can‘t blame them for interating & heavily experimenting towards pmf, but the latest move was unprovoked radical, simply destroying user/holder value. So, Q is do you always stay away when You See This behavior to Play Safe or do You Trade in and out when You See aggressive, Opportunistin but also Selfies behavior. And Even if you play it Safe, you‘ll get blindsided by Teams that do shit in crypto..

pivots are good in general if not too often. can't give qualified assessment here. thought the shilling of ai agent on X was too obvious, felt shallow and bit late to a dying party in feb The selfies behaviour became louder when pressure mounted. Know this too well bc been sparring partner to founders and biz execs for 20 years. Would call it the "N" word...(not THAT one, but a psychology-related one)

my history is this: 1. made 1x on launch 2. faded it bc not interested 3. build position esp. fan tokens, staked them all 4. defended jason during maxi maxi nonsense 5. was curious about pivot to ai meta 6. was deeply underwhelmed by v1 7. didn't rate Jason's response to good faith critical feedback 8. tried app 2-3 times and was more underwhelmed 9. bought ai coins feeling FOMO 10. sold those at 30% loss when I realised this is all copy cat at best 11. rage quit (2nd time in 4 years) after a certain interaction 12. never looked back
