For those following Roman and Alexey's cases, this is a busy and important week in their respective jurisdictions.

Alexey's next hearing on whether he should be released from jail is Thursday July 11th and his appeal is ongoing.

Roman has filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him which will be argued at a hearing on Friday July 12th.

Update on Alexey's case in the Netherlands:

Alexey's bail was denied by the court and he will remain in jail for ~ the next year while his legal team prepares for the appeal hearing. He will not have access to a computer or the internet during that time.
