Update on Roman's case:

Judge Failla has granted the defense's request to delay the trial until early December 2024 instead of September as scheduled.

Although this gives Roman's legal team more time to prepare, it also increases his financial burden with estimated legal expenses of ~ $500k/month. This means that Roman needs to raise an additional ~ $2.5M USD to make it through his trial in December.
