Having an outlet which consists of getting into flow states.. (Making graphics, writing, thinking) The flow state I’ve found is when I’m most happiest. It clears off the negative energies that accumulate, in my experience, to dig into a flow state session and sling some pixels or words and thoughts.

What everyone else said + remind myself how good we have it compared to even 100 years ago, and definitely 500 years ago. Today’s middle class in the U.S. lives better than royalty did for the vast majority of human history.
