I like the simplicity of a service registering a url with warpcast. Like the chatgpt plugin registry: url returns a manifest with a list of actions it supports, description etc. Would allow other clients to easily integrate as well.

v0: just linkable, so any channel or person can pin and share a direct link to install.

others:
- place at bottom of custom action flyout menu “…install more actions”
- Associate custom actions with channels or profiles: pin at top "this channel supports add ons"

A possible follow on if this is successful would be making the actions context aware.

why? 
- only show “hide in automod” if the cast is in a channel you cohost.
- only show “create drop with manifold”  if cast contains media

Manifest could declare what intent each action supports (“has media”, etc).
