How does Canada solve its housing $ issue?  

From afar it seems less then idea.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩 

Only real solution is build more housing. Should have happened 10 years ago - every level of govt has failed us horribly. 

Under appreciated barrier in Canada is labour, which is often simply not available for rate we need to build.

We are facing similar supply issues in New England which is what prompted the question.  

Housing costs will continue to get more expensive for the foreseeable future.
