My 16 year old wants to try his first beer. Are there any issues with this? And if not, what beer should I pick?

I hope so too. It’s difficult to consistently model good behavior, without hypocracy, as a flawed being. But keeping your word with them, and explaining what happened when you can’t, goes a long way when it comes to keeping trust.
