10 things i'll 10x in 2025 that lowkey transformed my life in 2024 1. having a good breakfast 2. getting 8+ hours of sleep 3. spending more time with people who make me happy (including apps) 4. spending less time with people who don't make me happy (also including apps) 5. not being afraid to be "cringe" 6. investing in my recovery 7. taking vitamins - special mention to cod liver oil, vitamin d, and iron 8. putting myself out there and having more confidence in what i bring to the table (shout out to @levy for teaching me that one) 9. tracking my spending habits 10. reading more books and not forcing myself to finish ones i don't enjoy (same with movies) what are you bringing into 2025?

In seriousness: for #9, I recommend You Need a Budget. It's been a lifesaver for me getting a good grip on where and how I'm spending my money, and helped me transition from "spend now, budget later" to a "budget first" mindset.
