I had wondered for a while why Warpcast uses `~` in various url paths

Just realized that it's for reserved pages like notifications, settings because the account path is absolute

Eg. If you go to warpcast.com/settings, it will go to @settings' profile (nice handle btw)

man i really don’t know how to do that character with any of my keyboards and i need to google tilde and copy paste it

You may have an international layout that just doesn't support it.

You could import a keyboard from the US or use remapping software like Karabiner Elements for macOS (or similar for other OS's)
