i want an app that allows me to create workouts smoothly and intuitively (running intervals) and that then allows me to export the results on a chart that’s cooler than this this one is garmin connect. i don’t like it. what app do you use? (completed the training of today successfully. it was great)

I use Apple Watch. but I think Garmin is superior to it when you create the workout (you do it via web). but once it's recorded in apple health you can export as you wish. for example I export it to strava and then to smashrun (that has dope graphs)
