the tricky thing is that the more you look into yourself to integrate this insanity happening through you the broader the gap becomes between “your sanity” and the “outer insanity” and that tension is so hard to manage and account for truthfully when interacting with people at least for me it is. sometimes in my own house lol

yep. and more than that… allows you to be free. imho we are all insane because of all of what has happened in our lives, regardless of what. we are sons of a collective unconscious that is deeply wounded and hurt. and the sooner you embrace and integrate that insanity as what is, inside you, the more you can actually enjoy it and be free in the embodiment of what you are. as you are a big part of the expression of the collective insanity being at an ATH is that people pretend that they are fine and “sane”, when they are clearly and absolutely not the pain on which people are is so evident. but not for them. and few people are able to actually say “yes, im not fine, and im an absolute mess”

I think that’s the double-edged sword of how the west conceives of individuals The beautiful aspect is that anyone can be whatever they want, but the cost is the lack of awareness of the body as a body of memory over generations True liberty lies as you said in integration of one’s lineage’s shadow, but it’s far easier to run around pretending to not see it (ironically destiny rules you more as a result)
