my tolerance bar gets depleted when spending time with my daughter and holding space for us to play and have fun together mindfully coming back to the office and spending some time alone creating things replenishes it finding balance is the key

(we don't have a tv at home, so every waking hour is her wanting to play. and that's pretty exhausting. absolutely rewarding, of course, but its pretty intense work. at least for me)

Man that's tough. We've been trying to reduce tv time as much as possible but it's difficult to live without it completely. Good for you for cutting it out. It's not as good as other activities. Life is more peaceful without it, harder but definitely more peaceful.

Wow, that's impressive! When i was a child , my dad never allowed me to watch TV. lol, even if we had a TV , he never switched on! He said, "Focus on your studies, and when you're adult, you will be mature enough to have a space for this :)
