one problem with forest fitness is that it’s not very easy to measure and track. so today i brought a scale out to see how much i was lifting while clearing the fallen tree

will post my biggest lift of the day including a pic for proof within the next 48 hrs. guess the weight before then to win my full degen allowance for the day
