Running

sometimes you unlock things that are so obvious that it feels as if they had been looking at you struggling smiling

95% of the times i had run on the same route. starting on my house. ending on my house

but today i had to bring mila to her kinder. it’s a 30 min drive. and brought my running gear because i also have to pick her up

and it felt amazing to run a new route that i hadnt before. now i feel that i can go with the car wherever i want and just park it there and enjoy discovering a new place

at least i did it today and it felt great

the upper part of my back like below the neck

and also mi left feet it has a ongoing pain that is bugging me a lot
