I’m sure there’s plenty of room for me to be wrong here but imo if the move to risc-v goes well I don’t know if layer 2s will even have a reason to exist. 

assuming mainnet can reach similar throughput and fees, what incentive would people have to stay on a l2? 

appchains? (e.g they move from layer 3 to layer 2)
