some sort of weird anxiety and source of depression inside me is to actually not find a way to share with everyone that is immediately around me how amazing life actually is. i sometimes see or feel a person that is suffering and I want to tell them something that can alleviate that suffering and i actually feel that i cant and that ends up being a source of suffering for me. it is so weird
