which is the one that surprised you the most?

none of them were surprising as i’m already working on them, but the most annoying is probably this one:

‘3. people should acknowledge or make up for the harm they caused

higher truth: true liberation is realizing their actions don’t define your future. you reclaim power by moving forward without waiting for them to “make it right.”’

i know it’s not an enlightened belief but there’s still a part of me that wants some kind of justice. working through the damage alone is a ton of work and doesn’t always feel fair, even though it’s what i need to do to feel better!
