Todays /success topic of the day: Whatās one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying āthe customer is always right.ā This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. Itās ok to say NO. What do you think?

āim not creativeā how many people have said that as a consequence of having been raised as they were, or brought up by an educational system that didnāt worry about bringing the best out of them, but forcing them into constraints. you need to be an engineer. if not you canāt add value to life so we get to see only the creative genious of those that are crazy enough to not care about what people say how many voices have we not heard? how many paintings have not been painted? we are all creative itās on our nature as human beings

Before joining fc I was in this mindset. Just the mundane day to day grind beat it out of me. Since joining Iāve really enjoyed exploring my creative side. Love it šx4000

Wow dude, right on. I had been saying āIām not creativeā my entire life until actually giving it a try here. Iāve learned that I do have a creative side and a good imagination for some things. So itās been more about learning how to embrace the creative things I am good at rather than trying to force myself to get better at a creative thing Iām not good at. Example: Iām good at making memes so I embrace that. Iām not good at drawing so I donāt embrace that.
