Thx for the shoutout. Don't trust anyone (not even me) over your own body. If your body is telling you sth isn't working, then it is right. HIIT is highly recommended, depending on current capabilities and provided you (again) switch it up once in a while. Good luck with it!

Sadly, nothing. Had a rotator cuff injury a few years back on both shoulders, which took a crazy amount of time and therapy to heal, and now I'm planning to start again every day but... I've become lazy. Planning to go back, first getting into basic shape with cardio and some circuit training. Then I will most likely go to street workout, focusing on core, legs and shoulders, and then when I'm ready, some HIIT (will try Tabata, heard good things).
