you’ve me mentioned recovery from addiction many times what is your perceived relationship between this (eating food that kills you) and the underlying cravings that made you addicted to that which you gave up years ago? (im two months in my alcohol and weed fasting and my inner child craves sugar more than ever. which is a sign that i can’t continue overlooking because my body is rejecting it more and more)
