True for creators and marketing agencies perhaps. I don't think it's true for B2B or B2C companies building products.

It's more important to solve a real problem for people and to build something people want than it is to focus on what you're currently good at. You might only need 1000 true fans to make it solo but to build a venture scale business you need millions.

I agree and I’d consider crypto users to be niched down today compared with the TAM of online collectibles sales, trading and storage today.
