Whoop has told me the two times I've been sick since getting it. It hasn't been days in advance but it's definitely been first thing in the morning when I probably would've felt off by lunch and admitted I was sick the next day. Both times were recovery scores <10, elevated heart rate and respiratory rate. When I wore an apple watch the heart rate monitor alerted me of a high heart rate twice when I was sick and didn't realize it.

Yeah a few weeks ago I literally had 1%. I took the kids to school as normal but when I got home I just collapsed in bed and slept all day. Felt fine and had an ok recovery score the next day. It was either physical burnout (chronic lack of sleep + a heavy lifting session the day before) or some crazy 24hr bug.

Under 10!!! 😱 

I am excited to compare Vitals to WHOOP. I have definitely been sick while wearing my WHOOP, but will also admit-I check Apple health way more than WHOOP. Never got in the habit of it 😬
