gm fc! Since switching to being full time remote I've added running into my exercise routine since my days are pretty sedentary. Any tips for learning to enjoy the running itself and not just the results?

i think of it as a way to connect with myself, something that i'm doing for myself that isn't work for me, it helps to not think about how much distance i have left, and instead focus on my movement, my breath, my surroundings (still struggle with!)

Definitely support the idea of making it a social activity by finding a friend or joining a running club. Another option is to give yourself interesting and new scenery. Take a drive to an area you don't spend much time in and spend 20 minutes running around!
