I'm working on (1). (3) is doable. But unfortunately there's no sauna so unfortunately I won't be able to fulfill this dream

Step two: spend three hours in the sauna. 
Step three: sit in that chair for an hour staring at a light switch across the room. 

Do this six days a week and listen to skrillex on your drive home.
