100%. Any say we think we have this is an automatic thought "claiming" the experience as its own. eg you have no say in the tendons and nerve activity in typing this, nor the precise angles required to hit they keys. Same for digesting, moving oxygen to bloodstream, hearing, seeing, thinking. All happens on its own.
