love this <3 i specifically tagged you bc i love to ask founders “what does your brand smell like” as an icebreaker question, and i really admire how you build /humankind and your hypersub super publicly. 

i agree, and think experience (esp multisensory ones) is becoming almost as important, if not equally important, as the product.

I really am not sure. I’m still trying to understand what it means too and what a good brand is. 

When I think about /humankind, I think about how I make good candles and have good customer service. But how that communicates the brand I’m not sure.
