Arbitrary Trazodone? You should not mess around with serotonin reuptake, it can be dangerous especially with supplements like L-Tryptophan and 5-HTP. Serotonin syndrome is no joke, it can be life threatening. Trazodone and Tryptophan alone are enough to cause it in sensitive people.

There's always a risk of serotonin syndrome with drugs that affect the CNS, but with trazodone, the risk is very low, especially considering that the doses for sleep are small. https://www.reddit.com/r/sleephackers/comments/u5nfzq/peter_attia_is_bullish_on_trazodone_as_a_sleep/
