Folks who have left their fulltime jobs to become fulltime founders, why and how?

If I'm to leave my full-time job(which I don't have at the moment, by the way😅) to become a full-time founder, that would be because I see a lot of possibilities  in what I'm trying to bring to life.  And I will only leave the former job when I know I have been able to save up a specific amount of money.
