I had an idea that free or cheap mints should be low res (similar to a postcard or sticker instead of a print). So it's a collectible, but is not a high resolution image that could be printed. I suggested this in the tavern space that @jonathancolton mentioned below with @wanderloots.eth. I personally have not done free mints.

The value of something is what someone is wiling to pay for it. Free mint, 1 ETH it doesn’t matter. The buyer will decide if they want it and what they’re willing to pay for it.

I did a “Free Mint” in 2022 but it was an ad mint of all my works in a slideshow and all my information in the traits. I believe this is fine other than that i believe that works should be compensated and not given away for practically free. We dont wanna go back to those 0.10 cent times. we work hard on our craft and we should all know out worth and i know damn well our worth isnt free. 💯 (this link below isnt a shill but more of an example of what I did personally in 2022) https://app.manifold.xyz/c/streaks
