PMF is just when people are pulling the product from you. Has nothing to do with numbers.

If you launch something and it’s so compelling that you can’t even handle the amount of users that want to use your product and you feel constantly behind, that’s PMF. WhatsApp was a great example where they had so many users onboarding that they had to turn on monetizing to slow growth.
