The future is now. We can turn Farcaster into the ledger of record. Namely: a censorship-resistant feed of cryptographically signed assertions that we can digest into news with open source AI. Both of these takes suffer from the “offchain oracle problem.” The only way this works is if truth is endogenous (Bitcoin/Uniswap/etc…). Putting exogenous opinions onchain doesn’t make them fact (Real Estate/Chainlink/etc…).
