1000000%. Anecdotally from my friends who are still dating, Tinder has become a source of toxicity / spiralling emotionally and mentally.

right?! the relationship they have with it is like a gambling addiction. scary. i try and encourage my friends to delete the apps and develop relationships IRL or through friend set ups instead.
