I had blocked boro early on because of shenanigans like this (he was auto liking my posts within like 0.1s of posting)

But ultimately unblocked because he was quote casted by others saying interesting things.

Is he a spammer?  Yes.  Is he qDAU?  Also yes?

I got it too. If you go into his account you will find his explanation. There is some drama.

let me address the blast that is being sent from @percs on my account — i asked the team to repeatedly STOP blasting it, yet @chinmay.eth and the team can't stop it

the blast was intended for a small audience *weeks* ago, yet we can only send up to 5k messages per day, so @percs is sending 5k daily

i can't stop it, and i've been trying to ask them to stop it for weeks now

this leads to people actively blocking me
