VR creators are memory makers. You're not creating content, you're creating a space that will be lived in by your audience for some portion of their day. Build spaces for people to generate memories that are meant to be shared.

These are called Zercher squats. I believe they force more core stabilization… but I don’t actually know. It’s just a type of squat my trainer has me do.
