I believe misguided doctrines and fear-based teaching have significantly shaped modern Christianity. Many teachings were passed down either out of ignorance or because preachers were afraid of losing members.

For Christians to truly experience and walk in the Zoe life, there’s a need to unlearn outdated beliefs and embrace fresh, accurate truth.

I hear you. A lot of what’s been taught was more about control than truth. Unlearning and relearning with an open heart is such a vital part of real spiritual growth.

choose your idols and partners carefully, especially if they’re anon and their integrity is dubious

Nature

When I say I love nature, and it’s my safe space, I meant it. 
Mountains make me feel small in the most beautiful way. It’s humbling to stand before something so vast, so ancient, and so indifferent to our worries. They remind me that life is both fleeting and eternal, and that peace often comes from surrendering to something greater than ourselves.

i have come across two instances in such a short span where people turned out to be bad actors

one, this woman regularly lied about her entire career and education, even went to an event and gave a talk as a devrel at consensys when she was none of those things, and recently, made it to the us, got o1 visa — she has since deactivated her x account; another is of proxystudio

it is incredibly sad to see how people stake their reputations for all the wrong reasons

Yeah, that’s wild. It’s honestly disappointing how far some people will go with lies just to build a fake image. Makes you question a lot about what you see online.

Last day of holiday, wake up outrageously late, walk around the neighborhood and eat fake Italian pasta.

Reserving the right to change my mind, my gut still says he’s good person who did a bad thing. Very different from the serial fuckery we’ve seen around here after giving people 2nd, 3rd, 4th 118th chances. 

I’m not making judgments about organizational decisions or anything like that. It is what it is. 

But from a human perspective..

I kinda fvcked with him because I believed he would do good things with his influence in the coming years. 

It’s all just a crying shame and I really feel for everyone affected.
