Better late than never… Been so busy this week so i only did some home workouts and didn’t get the chance to do this earlier, but here you go. 44lbs weighted pull up, i had not done weighted pull up before, this was surprisingly tough in a way, cause it was hard going above the bar😭 Did i make you proud?
