good takes! got the same feedback from @sushef and others about the focused subgroups as well as matching bd + marketing

unfortunately it's impossible to increase qualification criteria when it's hundreds of cmos / heads of growth applying for 80 spots. really an apples to oranges comparison most of the time

Create more focused groups ie cohorts by by retail vs institutional or marketing vs bd and run them for shorter periods of time so you can do more per year. 

Other ideas 
- run two in parallel 
- increase qualification criteria 
- make it a paid community

We’ve sustained it since February 2022, so I’d like to think yes!

- every batch brings new excitement
- great ppl refer great people
- we’re consistent: calls every Tuesday at 8 am pt forever
- and we do many more things that will never scale :)
