My own version of ceviche is very easy. Ingredients (for 1 person): 250 g fresh fish 6 lemons (juice) Seasoned salt to taste 1 garlic clove, chopped Cilantro, chopped to taste 1 celery stalk, chopped 1/2 onion, julienned 1 boiled potato Lettuce leaves to accompany Instructions: Prepare the fish: Cut the fish into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Prepare the onion: Julienne the onion and soak in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Add lemon juice: Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice over the fish. Season: Add salt to taste and chopped garlic. Mix well. Add celery and onion: Add chopped celery and drained onion. Mix well. Add cilantro: Add chopped cilantro and mix again. Marinate: Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is "cooked" by the lemon acidity. Serve: Serve the ceviche with slices of boiled potato and lettuce leaves. Enjoy your fresh and delicious ceviche!
