could make the case that ppl already care about this today, but they either

1. have a false sense of ownership in current systems
2. don’t know true digital ownership is possible

or both

i don’t think it requires catastrophe of traditional systems for the realization that ownership on the internet should be default, i believe that it’s just a matter of time until the majority have the light bulb moment

I believe in digital ownership, but I’m still working on the definition. I consider it to be having the upside to one’s work.
