In 2015, I earned a Master's in Fine Arts from a top French art school. Three years later, I realized I wasnβt making money as a visual artist.
The problem: The traditional art world was opaque, only 10% of art school grads made a living, mostly men, despite more women in art schools.
My solution: I went to business school, studied cultural management, and launched Art From Future, a marketplace connecting young artists with Millennial collectors. I used Instagram and art influencers to reach my audience, aiming to democratize art through the internet.
I registered my company, built an MVP, and started selling, then COVID hit. While on Clubhouse, I discovered NFTs, which changed everything. I began creating and minting art on the blockchain, centering on Fries Before Guys. My audience loved it, people tagged me in fries pics, sent DMs, and soon, bigger names took notice. 1 reply
